OOTD: Shamrock Mod- It's not easy being GREEN.

Happy St. Patrick"s Day

The Green scene in D.C. was LIVE. I attended a fashion event today for the launch of the Red Zipper Company and could not resist wearing this really cute Maggy London Waffle Dress that I had for over four years and never worn it. I absolutely love the mod influence and this kelly green is just simply amazing.

XOXO- Chiffon Sparkle

My fabulous cousin text-ed me her recent visit at the nail salon and she was donning the yellow nails. It is definitely an amazing color and I had to get in on the action, especially with green. If you are wearing a purple outfit go for PEACH nails. It's fashion.

Love these frames. As I was trying to decide which frames to choose- these were perfect for the mood of the outfit. The dress silhouette is late 50's and I thought these classic frames were perfect to really set the look off. Throw in a classic Chanel flap and some stud earrings and you have a winning team. I added extra bracelets, just for a bit more flair--- because after all it is MY interpretation.

I love nail polish. I got this beautiful yellow last year from Target and the brand is Sinful Colors. My ultimate favorite brand is Essie but the Sinful Colors retails for about $2, wears well  and is heavily pigmented which is a plus. Accesories: AKA Candy- Amethyst DY cable bracelet, Kate Spade heart bracelet, JH woven Bracelet. I absolutely adore my Gurhan 18k gold bands. There are three separate rings and I wear them like so, and sometimes stacked.
