The Talk: I was hanging out with my good girlfriend, Michal - COO for BethelHelena Couture based in the East Coast. We were at a networking/mixer function in DC for Artists. The venue was at Beach Bar in DC, a really cool outdoor spot with sand as a part of the decor. The weather was perfect and the music was great provided by DC's own - Black Alley Band. Michal was STUNNING and a major knockout in this look, she worked the room and I could not pass on the opportunity to showcase her here on Chiffon Sparkle. I loved her entire look from head to toe.
